Essence-Oriented™ Therapy is an innovative, trauma-informed approach, integrating mindfulness and psychology to equip practitioners with advanced techniques for short-term trauma release and profound client stabilization. Through didactic lectures and experiential learning based on the newest biological research, therapists will develop skills to facilitate transformative outcomes for their clients in all areas of life. This integrative model addresses the root causes of limiting patterns and fosters personal growth and resiliency.

This 6-month training is open to established clinicians who are seeking training in the Essence-Oriented Therapy and Essence-Oriented Release Work. This training is in-person and designed for deep development in therapeutic presence and skills, held within a supportive professional community. The training will include didactic presentations, demonstrations, opportunities to practice, and individual feedback sessions. 6 weekend sessions - 60 Hours of Training / 60 CEUs Available

Saturdays and Sundays, 9 - 4:30PM AC Marriott Cambridge 

January 11/12, 2025 - February 8/9, 2025 - March 8/9, 2025 - April 12/13, 2025 - May 17/18, 2025 - June 14/15, 2025

There will also be a Zoom group supervision offered on Wednesdays 1 - 2:30PM in between sessions.

In our aim to create a supportive environment where clinicians can build skills in a community of trust and allyship, admission to this training is by application.
